When coming up with music video ideas for laugh a lot, the idea of using an old-school overhead projector came up. We loved the nostalgia it brought us and thought it would compliment the grainy film of the JVC camera we were going to use. 

Fast forward a couple days and we had a $20 craigslist projector set-up and got to filming. After we wrapped for the day, we thought the projector was so cool and naturally wanted to use it on everything. We decided to handwrite the lyrics and capture them with the JVC to use in the CD booklet and the vinyl insert for happiness is easy =). 

 

 

It was a bit more of an undertaking than we anticipated and the "slides" seemed too important and valuable to just get rid of. So we immortalized them on the spot in the wee hours of the morning and will put them into nice frames to become a special part of someone's UTR collection.

 

 

These will never be recreated. They are the original handwritten lyrics that were photographed for the vinyl insert and CD booklet. 

They are handwritten, marker on cellophane fastened under a mat in a black wood frame. They are janky and unique and one-of-a-kind. 

18x18 frame with a 14x14 mat. Only one available for each song.
